Manning Media Hot AC “Key 103” WAFY Middletown/Frederick MD has added Tommy Jordan as afternoon host.
The move marks a return to the station for Jordan as he previously hosted mornings from 2011 to 2014 and again from 2016 to 2020. Jordan began his career at Nassau Broadcasting CHR WPST Trenton NJ where he had a sixteen year run from 1994 to 2010 and has also spent time in mornings at WMLL Manchester NH, WCVQ Clarksville TN, KLZK Lubbock TX and WLEV Allentown PA, afternoons at KHTT Tulsa, and weekends/fill-ins at WBEB Philadelphia and WWMX Baltimore.
Jordan’s return follows Ron Ross’ move from afternoons to mornings following Dina Carole’s retirement this summer. Ross joined WAFY in May 2023 following a sixteen year run at SiriusXM where he spent time as Program Director for “90s on 9“ and morning host on Hot AC “The Pulse”. Ross has also served as morning show producer/co-host at CHR “Hot 99.5” WIHT Washington DC, APD/MD of CHR “Z104” WWZZ Washington, and Program Director of “Z104” WZYQ Frederick.
