
Thailand’s Tero Radio officially announced its closure at the end of 2025, after broadcasting for over 35 years.
In a statement issued on December 1, the company said:
“We are striving to meet the challenges that arise due to changing trends in media consumption behaviour. This challenge is becoming increasingly difficult to overcome.
The company sincerely thanks everyone for their continued support, including our valued team, business partners, and listeners both in Thailand and around the world, who have been a part of this journey of 35 years of happiness, fond memories, and music.
Your support and commitment mean a great deal to us. Although we have closed a chapter today, we continue to look forward with pride and hope for the new opportunities ahead.”
Tero Radio is part of Tero Entertainment Public Company Limited. It currently provides radio services through four stations:
- EAZY FM 102.5 For International Hits
- Goodtime Radio Maximum Hits Music Station. Simulcast on 4 stations: FM 88.5 Bangkok, FM 88 Chiang Mai, FM 94.5 Songkhla, and FM 104 Ubon Ratchathani.
- HITZ THAILAND Operating since 2002
- TOFUPOP RADIO Online Asian Music station
