Cowboy Country 100.7 KEAZ SearcyRobert & Pamela Connell’s Freedom Broadcasting Inc. acquires Classic Hits “Cool” 99.1 KRZS Pangburn/106.5 K293CE Searcy, Country 99.9 KWCK-FM/1300 KSMD Searcy, Classic Country “100.7 Cowboy Country” KEAZ Kensett, and Country “The Bull” 105.7 KBGB Magness and 1370 KAWW Heber Springs/96.3 K242AZ Searcy AR from Crain Media Group for $3.5 million. Freedom, which also owns Standards “Timeless 106.1” KFFB Fairfield Bay, has been operating the cluster via LMA since May 2023. The company also operates George Flinn’s Classic Hits “Cool 104.7” KFLI Des Arc AR via LMA.

KERM Inc. sells Silent 790 KURM Rogers/97.5 K248DM Huntsville AR to John Lykins’ Lykins Broadcasting LLC for $250,000. Lykins owns Rox Radio Group, which owns six other stations in Northwest Arkansas.

Greg Bolyard’s WFSP Broadcasting purchases Conservative Talk 1560 WFSP and “Good Time Oldies 107.7” WFSP-FM Kingwood WV from Linda Westbrook’s WFSP Radio LLC for $250,000. Bolyard owns Classic Country “K96.7” WKMM Kingwood.

Mohnkern Electronics sells Standards 1570 KPYK/102.5 K273DA Terrell TX to E Radio Network for $35,000.

Josh Bohn’s Signal Mountain Broadcasting purchases Soft AC 890 WYAM Hartselle and WYAM-LD Priceville AL from Suzie Wiley’s Decatur Communication Properties for $1000 and the forgiveness of $19,000 in debt for engineering services provided. A Time Brokerage Agreement took effect of July 15.
