
Spirit Catholic Radio Oklahoma purchases “Oklahoma Catholic Radio Network” 88.3 KOEG Walters/Lawton and 104.9 KEUC Ringwood OK from Oklahoma Catholic Broadcasting for $1 as part of a merger between the organizations.
Oklahoma Catholic Radio Network operates on thirteen signals across the state, while Spirit Catholic Radio Oklahoma is a subsidiary of VSS Catholic Communications, which is heard on twelve signals in Nebraska based at 102.7 KVSS Papillion/Omaha. VSS will make a $200,000 investment in OCRN’s technical infrastructure in 2026
Oklahoma Catholic Radio President Jeff Finnell said, “This merger is about more than combining resources—it’s about providing programming that transforms lives. Catholic radio should never be the best-kept secret. It’s a powerful tool for evangelization, and we want people to know it can change lives.” Finnell will join the VSS Catholic Communications board and lead development initiatives in Oklahoma.
K-Love Inc. purchases 88.3 WGTL La Grange NC from Pathway Christian Academy for $92,000. WGTL currently operates as part of the seller’s Southern Gospel “Go Mix Radio“.
Thomas and Jennipher Adams’ AFB Community Solutions Organization Corporation purchases 88.1 WMLD Dushore PA from Kevin Fitzgerald’s Telikoja Educational Broadcasting for $5000.
Ruth’s House of Hope donates 88.3 KGTC Oroville WA to Valley Christian Fellowship of Oroville.
Translator Sales
Loam Media, the parent of Christian “Family Radio“, sells 90.5 W213AC Hyde Park/Poughkeepsie NY to Bud Williamson’s Hudson Valley Public Radio for $6000. The translator will switch from rebroadcasting 92.7 WFME-FM Garden City to 88.1 WJZZ Montgomery NY.
Loam Media also sells silent 101.5 K268AJ Redding CA to One Ministries for $1. K268AJ is currently licesned to rebroadcast the seller’s 89.1 KHAP Chico.
The Pacifica Foundation donates 90.3 K212FV Goodrich TX to Brazos Educational Radio. The translator, which currently rebroadcasts 90.1 KPFT Houston, will instead be utilized to air Brazos’ 89.1 KEOS College Station.
Pacifica also donates 94.3 K232FZ Monterey CA to Common Communications Southern California and 97.5 K248BR Santa Cruz to Boulder Creek Recreation & Parks District. Both are currently licensed to rebroadcast 94.1 KPFA Berkeley.
Alaska Village Missions Inc. acquires 95.1 K236CC Seward-Woodrow AK from Turquoise Broadcasting Company for $15,000, with the seller Gary Rose then making a $5000 donation back to the buyer. The translator will continue to rebroadcast Moody Bible Institute’s 90.1 WJSO Pikeville KY.
