Former WMYX Milwaukee morning host Kidd O’Shea is returning to the market as the new afternoon host at iHeartMedia Classic Hits “95.7 Big-FM” WRIT.
O’Shea is also joining Scripps’ WTMJ-TV as part of its morning newscasts in December. It marks a return to Milwaukee for him after spending a decade in Washington DC where he is co-host of “Good Morning Washington” and correspondent on WJLA-TV and a weekend and morning show fill-in host at iHeartMedia AC 97.1 WASH. In Milwaukee, O’Shea spent eight years hosting nights at 94.5 WKTI from 1996 to 2004 followed by an eleven year run at Audacy Hot AC “99.1 The Mix” WMYX first as APD/MD/afternoon host followed by nine years in mornings. He also began his television career as a lifestyle reporter for WISN-TV.
