Chris Grossman’s Local Radio Lab is expanding the branding of AAA “Indie 88” CIND-FM Toronto to its four other stations in Ontario.
The former AC’s “FM 92” 92.1 CIMA-FM Alliston, “FM 101” 101.3 CJML-FM Milton, “FM 101” 101.5 CKMO-FM Orangeville, and “FM 102” CJFB-FM Bolton have all rebranded as “Indie FM“. The four stations are running a shared music log with a Alternative leaning Hot AC format unique from its Toronto sister.
General Manager Joel Grossman commented, “This rebrand has been a year in the making, and we’re so excited to finally share what we’ve been working on behind the scenes. Bringing our stations together under the Indie FM brand lets us launch a fresh talent lineup, refreshed programming, and shared contesting across the entire network. We’re really proud of where Indie FM is headed, and I’d personally like to say a big thank you to everyone who’s been listening and supporting us.”
