iHeartCleveland To Expand Rock Entertainment Group Sports Pact

SportsRadio 99.1 Cleveland WMMS-HD2Rock Entertainment Group has entered into an agreement with iHeartMedia Cleveland to carry all of their franchises across iHeart’s stations.

The NBA’s Cleveland Cavaliers will continue to be heard on both Rock 100.7 WMMS and News/Talk 1100/106.9 WTAM. The American Hockey League’s Cleveland Monsters will air on the new “Sports Radio 99.1” W256BT/WMMS-HD2. The NBA G-League’s Cleveland Charge will air on Hip Hop “Real 106.1” W291BV/WAKS-HD2. All games will be available on the iHeart app in the market.

As part of the deal, select Rock Entertainment Sports Network programming will also simulcast on 99.1. The station, which launched last month, currently airs Fox Sports Radio network programming 24/7.
