Audacy and Good Karma Brands have reached a multi-year agreement with the NFL’s Cleveland Browns to keep the franchise’s broadcasts on Audacy’s Sports “92.3 The Fan” WKRK-FM and Classic Rock 98.5 WNCX as well as Good Karma’s “ESPN Cleveland” 850 WKNR.
The three stations have teamed to carry Browns games since 2013 along with pregame coverage beginning four hours ahead of gametime and two hour postgame shows.
Other ancillary programming will include “Cleveland Browns Daily” hosted by Nathan Zegura and Beau Bishop on WKNR moving from 1-3pm to 3-5pm weekdays. WKNR and WKRK-FM will both continue to carry “The Cleveland Browns Preview Show” hosted by Ken Carman and Je’Rod Cherry on Wednesdays from 7-8pm and “The Kevin Stefanski Show” with the Browns’ head coach along with Zegura and Cherry on Thursdays from 7-8pm.
ESPN Cleveland Market Manager Tom Olson said, “We’re thrilled to continue our partnership with the Cleveland Browns. This renewal not only extends our tradition of delivering the excitement of Browns content to our fans, but also opens new opportunities to integrate our local partners directly into the fabric of the play-by-play broadcast.”
Audacy Cleveland SVP/Market Manager Jeff Miller commented, “As another exciting football season approaches, we’re thrilled to share that 92.3 The Fan will proudly continue as the Browns’ flagship station. Our ongoing mission is to enhance the fan experience, offering both exhilarating live game-day action and the compelling stories that happen off the field. As a lifelong Browns fan myself, I’m honored to be a part of 92.3 The Fan and 98.5 WNCX, as we collaborate with the Browns and Good Karma Brands to deliver engaging content to the dedicated listeners who love this team.”
Browns owner Haslam Sports Group partner JW Johnson added, “Our incredible partnership with Audacy’s 92.3 The Fan and 98.5 WNCX, along with Good Karma Brands’ 850 ESPN Cleveland is an important extension of how we reach our fans each and every day. 2025 will mark our 13th season working together and we look forward to providing Browns fans with the insight and coverage they want most—whether it’s on gameday, during their commute or throughout the year.”
