Civic Media Makes Leadership Changes

Civic Media Sage WeilCivic Media has announced a leadership operational restructuring.

Kory Hartman, who joined the company when he sold Classic Hits “99.7 Max-FM” WRPQ Baraboo WI to Civic Media in 2023, has been promoted from VP/Operations to Chief Operating Officer. Additionally, Civic has promoted Chris Moreau to President of its Southern Region and Darla Isham to VP/Northern Region.

The company has also named Aaron Carreno as SVP/Product overseeing programming and content, John Scott as VP/Marketing, and Drew Smith as VP/Technology.

CEO Sage Weil said, “This leadership restructuring reflects our commitment to providing exceptional service to our listeners and communities across our coverage areas. Each of these executives brings deep experience and a passion for local broadcasting that aligns perfectly with our mission to serve as the voice of our communities.”

The reorganization comes as Civic Media continues to expand its presence across Wisconsin, Michigan, and Minnesota.
