Midday host Alexa Neo has exited Connoisseur Media Country “103.1 The Wolf” WWWF Bay Shore NY.
Neo was the first on-air personality hired in April 2024 following the station’s flip to Country. She began her radio career at Nassau Community College’s 90.3 WHPC Garden City and later worked part-time at Cox Classic Rock 102.3 WBAB Babylon and CHR 106.1 WBLI Patchogue from 2019 to 2024.
Neo said that her position was eliminated due to budget cuts associated with the closing of Connoisseur’s closing of its acquisition of Alpha Media. She commented, “I was told that they were very pleased with my work but unfortunately needed to make some tough decisions due to budget cuts. I am grateful for my time there and excited for the next opportunity to come my way! I am currently a free agent and open to work including voice tracking.”
