Momentum will add the stations to a cluster that includes Classic Rock 99.7 KIOO Porterville, CHR “Hitz 104.9” KCRZ Tipton, Country 106.7 KJUG-FM Tulare, and AC “My 97.5” 1270 KVMI Tulare/97.5 K248BX Visalia. JA Ventures retains Rhythmic Oldies “Jam’n 101.3” 1450 KTIP/K267CG Porterville CA.
Austin ‘AJ’ Anderson and Russell Ocke’s Iowa Media Network acquires Oldies 1400 KCOG/103.9 K280GY Centerville IA from Edwin Brand’s Honey Creek Broadcasting for $100,000. The deal includes the station’s four acre tower property and a six month training and consulting contract with Brand, who also retains Country 98.7 KMGO Centerville.
Ketlande Felix-Veillard’s Glory to El Shaddai Radio Stations will purchase 1340 WPBR (with pending call change to WTPA) Lantana and 97.5 W248CK Twentymile Bend FL from Sam Rogatinsky’s Palm Beach Radio Group LLC for $600,000. An immediate LMA is included in the deal. W248CK currently rebroadcasts Actualidad Licensee 1020AM LLC’s Haitian Christian “Radio Levanjil La” 1020 WLVJ Boynton Beach. Palm Beach Radio Group retains WPBR’s current translators 95.1 W236CV Lantana and 96.1 W241AX Boca Raton.

Treese Media Group purchases 99.7 W259CB Temple PA from Four Rivers Community Broadcasting for $55,000. The acquisition will enable the buyers to bring their News/Talk 830 WEEU Reading to FM.
Jonathan Becker’s Radio Adirondacks acquires 97.9 W250AD Long Lake, 98.7 W254CY Saranac Lake, and 100.5 W263CE Ogdensburg NY from regional Christian network Mars Hill Broadcasting. The acquisition contract was not included in the filing as required. Becker holds interests in four stations in Upstate New York: Variety Hits “Lake-FM” 93.3 WSLP Ray Brook/102.1 WRGR Tupper Lake and Rock “Adirondack 105” 105.5 WLPW Lake Placid and 1240 WVSL/95.3 W237EY Saranac Lake.
Sam Rogatinsky’s Tampa Radio Inc. trades 96.1 W241DH Riverview FL to Kimberly Kassis’ Black Media Works for 99.9 W260CL Cocoa FL. W241DH, which covers areas southeast of Tampa, currently rebroadcasts Q Broadcasting Corporation’s Spanish Tropical “La Mega” 1110 WTIS/101.1 W266CW Tampa. W260CL, which covers Orlando’s southeastern suburbs, already rebroadcasts Rogatinsky’s Brokered Haitian “Radio Nouvelle Lumiere” 1520 WNDO Apopka along with 100.7 W264DU Orlando.
The two partners in WRNJ Radio Inc. are trading translators that rebroadcast their AC 1510 WRNJ Hackettstown NJ. Larry Tighe will trade hist 50% stake in 92.7 W224AS Washington NJ to Norman Worth in exchange for Worth’s 50% share in 104.7 W284CQ Hackettstown. They will each continue to own 50% of WRNJ and 105.7 W289CR Glen Gardner NJ.
Santiam Community Radio Corporation will purchase 92.5 K223CV Albany OR from the Albany Seventh Day Adventist Church for $9000. K223CV will be used to rebroadcast the buyer’s 96.5 KPIK-LP Stayton.
