The Conclave programming & talent conference is returning in September 2026 after a seven year hiatus for what is being billed as its final event.
The Last Conclave will take place from September 15-17, 2026 in Minneapolis at a venue to be announced. Executive Director Emeritus Tom Kay said, “The Conclave has always been a bright beacon nurturing the unique community of professional and student radio communicators while helping them navigate these past 50 challenging but rewarding years. But times have changed. Our industry’s educational platforms have changed. And the curtain must now come down on this noble learning institution.”
The 2026 event is being led by Conclave Chair Bob Goff, the General Manager/morning host of Heart of Wisconsin Media’s Variety Hits “Wisconsin 106” WCWI-FM Adams WI. Goff added, “The Last Conclave’s agenda is still being finalized, but expect to experience the same check-your-ego-at-the-door atmosphere surrounding the usual cutting edge/ask me anything topics and expert faculty for which it has been known. And expect all the networking opportunities, and entertainment you’ve come to expect from a Conclave.”
Additional details will be released in the coming weeks.
