Audacy has announced the promotion of Andrea Burtscher to Nashville Operations Manager where she will add oversight of local studio operations and production for the syndicated “Katie & Company” to her existing role support national initiatives across Audacy’s Country portfolio.
Burtscher has been with Audacy and predecessor CBS Radio since 2008 holding promotions roles at WQYK Tampa and KMLE and KZON Phoenix before rising to cluster Director of Promotions and Marketing in Phoenix in 2016. She would add Music Director duties for KMLE in 2019-20 before relocating to San Francisco as Regional Director of Promotions in November 2020. She then took on her role as Nashville based Director of Country Promotions & Experiences, overseeing national marketing, promotions, and events across Audacy’s Country portfolio in March 2022.

The moves follow Brody Smith’s exit from the company earlier this month.
