Connoisseur Media has announced it will acquire Bonneville’s four stations in San Francisco for an undisclosed amount.
Connoisseur will add AC 96.5 KOIT, CHR “99.7 Now” KMVQ, and Adult R&B 102.9 KBLX San Francisco as well as Classic Rock “98.5 K-Fox” KUFX in the San Jose market.
This agreement marks a significant milestone in Connoisseur Media’s ongoing expansion, following its recent acquisition of Alpha Media and will bring the total number of stations to 220 in 48 markets upon completion. Connoisseur currently owns KEZR and KBAY in San Jose as well as KUIC and KKIQ in the East Bay. This announcement reflects Connoisseur’s strategic initiative to extend its reach into key markets like San Francisco to strengthen its position as one of the most dynamic, locally focused media companies in the nation.

The broker on the transaction was Kalil & Co., Inc. Connoisseur Media had legal representation by Wilkinson Barker Knauer, LLP, while Bonneville International was represented by Strong & Hanni.
