Libertad En Cristo Ministries sells 91.7 KHWD Pampa TX to Solid Rock Foundation for $8300. The station is already part of the buyer’s Christian “Cornerstone Radio” network along with 91.1 KJWD Shamrock, 91.1 KRGD Childress, and 91.9 KWWD Canadian TX.
After being announced back in June, Monte Spearman’s High Plains Radio Network has filed to sell its remaining nine stations to the Atonn Muhammad led Blacksun Private Equity for $1.25 million to end its Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceeding. Included in the deal are Classic Country 1360 KFFA and Classic Rock 103.1 KFFA-FM Helena AR, Classic Hits 1260 WGVM Greenville/97.3 W247BA Indianola and Country 100.7 WDMS Greenville MS, Country 107.9 KEYB Altus/95.7 KYBE Frederick and Classic Rock 102.7 KJOK Hollis OK, Classic Rock 1410 KLVQ/94.5 K233BE Athens, and Country 95.9 KCKL-FM Malakoff TX.
