104.3 The Bridge KEZP AlexandriaAfter closing on its $350,000 purchase of Stephens Media Group’s four stations in Alexandria LA earlier this year, Mark Porter’s Globecomm Media is selling Christian AC “104.3 The Bridge” KEZP Bunkie to Julie and Todd Laborde’s Bon Temps Media Services for $175,000. The buyers own Classic Country “97.7 The Cajun” KAPB Marksville LA. Globecomm will retain Country “LA 103.5” KLAA Tioga, Classic Rock “105.5 The Fox” KBKK Ball, and AC “Sunny 106.9” KEDG Alexandria.

Total Media Group continues to grow in Southern Ohio and adjacent portions of Kentucky and West Virginia with the acquisition of Adult Standards 1010 WIOI/92.1 W221EW New Boston/Portsmouth OH from Maillet Media for $125,000. WIOI will join a Portsmouth cluster that includes Sports 1260 WNXT Portsmouth, Hot AC “Mix 99.3” WNXT-FM Portsmouth, Classic Country “105.7 Hank-FM” WLGC-FM Greenup KY, and Classic Rock “107.5 The Breeze” WZZZ Portsmouth. A Time Brokerage Agreement for WIOI will take effect on September 1.

Following its beginning to operate 101.1 WZTZ Elba AL and flipping it to Classic Hits “Retro FM 101.1” last weekend, ‘John Patrick’ Golobish’s JetStream Media has filed to purchase the station from Michael Holderfield’s Boll Weevil Communications for $50,000. The seller retains WOOF Inc’s WOOF AM/FM in Dothan.

After its sale to to Journey For Life Media along with 730 WACE Chicopee/Springfield and 1230 WNEB Worcester was withdrawn earlier this month, Holy Family Communications has sold Catholic 970 WESO/101.1 W266DK Southbridge MA to the Daniel Becker led TLM Communications. The terms of the deal were withheld from the filing.

The estate of Jerome Lousteau’s WMGO Broadcasting Corp. sells Silent 1370 WMGO Canton MS to John Wallace and Ed Hutchinson’s Canton Radio LLC for $20,000.

Robert Ramseyer acquires 50% of Pan American Broadcasting Company’s 700 KDAZ/96.9 K245CD Albuquerque from Jim Garcia for no consideration.
