Cheri Marquart Joins Paragon

Cheri Marquart Westwood OneFormer Westwood One VP/Programming of Contemporary Formats Cheri Marquart has joined research and consulting firm Paragon as Music Scheduling and Air Talent Consultant.

Marquart exited Westwood One in April following its elimination of seven 24/7 formats. She spent 32 years with the company and its predecessors starting as Music Director and afternoon host for its Smooth Jazz programming. She would rise to a Program Director in 2002 overseeing the launch of Classic Hits-Rock and added AC and Christmas in 2012. Marquart then rose to VP/Programming of Contemporary Formats overseeing AC, Hot AC, CHR, Active Rock, Urban AC, Hip-Hop and Christmas and also was imaging voice for Adult Standards. She was also APD/MD of Smooth Jazz “95.7 K-High” KHIH Denver from 1994-2000.
