FCC Actions
The FCC has granted a Petition for Partial Reconsideration filed by M&M Broadcasters to move a vacant allotment for a Class A on 104.9 in Adamsville TX to Richland Springs. A previous allocation on the frequency was in Richland Springs before former licensee QXZ Media Works sought to relocate it to Adamsville on what M&M says was false representations as the application to move to Adamsville was not mutually exclusive with the facility’s original allocation on 94.9 in Richland Springs as a intermediary move to 104.9 Richland Springs was never constructed.
