102.7 107.9 Coyote Country KCYE Las VegasBeasley Media Group is conducting a frequency swap in Las Vegas reversing the move made in June 2022.

Hot AC “102.7 VGS” KVGS Boulder City will move to 107.9, while Country “107.9 Coyote Country” KCYE Meadview AZ will return to its former home on 102.7. The change will take place at 12am on Thursday, November 13.

The “Coyote” brand debuted on 104.3 in 2005 before moving to 102.7 in 2009 and then made its swap with KVGS in 2022. The move bumps it back up to the 99kW/603m signal. The Hot AC brand launched in 2015 as “Star 107.9” before rebranding as “102.7 VGS” when it moved. The move places it on the 100kW/543m rimshot signal paired with a 2.5kW booster on the Strat on the Las Vegas strip.

Beasley Chief Content Officer Justin Chase said, “Both KCYE and KVGS have deep roots in this market. This frequency realignment allows us to build on their legacies and strengthen our overall presence in the Las Vegas community.”

KCYE registered a 2.0 share in the September 2025 Nielsen Audio ratings trailing iHeartMedia’s “95.5 The Bull” KWNR’s 3.8 share. KVGS had a 2.1 share, which trailed Audacy’s “Mix 94.1” KMXB’s 4.2 share.
